Expected Student Outcomes

Students leaving by Grade 7 should show fruit of the following values developed during their time at Gateway Primary by serving God with all the gifts that they have been entrusted with.

  1. A desire to glorify God in all they do, reflecting a life that is centred on God while serving His people.

  1. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ by responding to the Gospel and, as a result that they carry out the
    Great Commission locally and around the world in a culturally sensitive manner.
  2. The skills to question issues, solve problems, and make wise biblically informed decisions and that they are
    able to articulate and defend their Christian worldview while having a basic understanding of opposing
    worldviews.
GPS VALUES G3 GODLY CHARACTER
  1. A desire to be empowered by the Holy Spirit, reflecting the fruit of the Spirit. (See notes on “Gospel”.
    Emphasis is on discipleship.)

  1. A vibrant and growing faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

  1. An understanding of what it means to live out Christian principles by healthy, moral living, displaying well-

  2. An understanding of Biblical relationships by displaying an appreciation for the languages and cultures of
